- Butter2 tablespoon
- Cocoa powder 100%1 tablespoon
- Oat flour140 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- In a bowl add the ingredients according to the order above, the oat flour is added little by little;
- Knead the dough until it comes off the hands; Put the dough between a plastic bag and open it with a rolling pin, I used a round pot to make it in this format, but you can make it in the format you prefer;
- Take to preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
