- Water1 cup
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Chimichurri (optional)1/2 teaspoon
- Olive oil1/2 teaspoon
- Blend the ingredients in a blender or food processor.
- Let the mixture stand for 5 minutes
- grease a frying pan
- Add a ladle to the mix
- Cook the medium fluff on both sides until golden brown and it's done!
