- Oat bran2 tablespoon
- Cream cheese1 tablespoon
- Water1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- In a small bowl, mix the egg, oat bran and cream cheese.
- Add the water and mix again. Add salt and pepper to taste
- Place the mixture in a non-stick skillet and let it brown on one side. When it's dry enough to turn, flip and let the other brown.
- Your quick, easy and healthy wrap is ready! Stuff it the way you like. I used it to make a burrito, using vegan chili, lettuce, cheese and lettuce. 😉
