PREPARO:
Em uma tigela bata os ovos com o sal por aprox. 5 minutos.
coloque a chia e depois acrescente a farinha de aveia, misture bem.

Unte uma frigideira com azeite e despeje a metade da massa.
Faça movimentos espalhando a massa por todo o fundo da frigideira.
Depois vire para dourar o outro lado.

Depois do recheio preparado é só rechear as panquecas.
Sirva em seguida ainda quente.

CONSERVAR: na geladeira por até 3 dias
CONGELAR: por até 30 dias
RENDE: 2 panquecas grandes

PREPARATION:
