  • Chia1 tablespoon
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)

  • Seasonings to taste
  • Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 to taste
  • Green Smell to taste
  1. Season the meat with garlic, salt, seasonings to taste and a drizzle of olive oil.
  2. Add the lightly beaten egg, onion, oatmeal, parsley, carrot and chia
  3. Let rest for 5 minutes
  4. If it's still sticking to your hands, slowly add the oatmeal.
  5. Shape the hamburgers and with your finger, press the middle. This way, it prevents the meat from shrinking too much when frying or roasting.
  6. Freeze by separating with plastic.
  7. Fry with a drizzle of olive oil or bake in a medium oven or airfryer until golden.
