Ricotta1 tablespoon
Lemon zest1/2 teaspoon
Oregano1/2 teaspoon
Mustard1 teaspoon
Chopped green onions2 teaspoon
4 fresh basil leaves50 g
1 tsp of olive oil1 to taste
Nutrin Senior Unflavored2 tablespoon
Water4 tablespoon
2 thin slices of turkey breast50 g
grated carrot2 tablespoon
3 arugula leaves50 g
2 slices of wholemeal bread2 unit(s)

In a bowl, mash the ricotta, add the lemon zest, oregano, mustard, chives, basil and olive oil. .
Add Nutrin Senior dissolved in water and mix well forming a paste.
Spread half of this paste on one of the slices of bread, place the turkey breast, carrots and arugula.
Spread the rest of the paste on the remaining slice of bread, close the sandwich and serve.
