- Butter100 g
- Brown Sugar127 g
- Nutella140 g
- Chocolate Chips150 g
- 40% Cocoa Chocolate80 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Vanilla Essence5 ml
- Baking Powder5 g
- Salt a Pinch to taste
- Place the sugar and butter in the mixer and beat until it thickens. Then add the egg and vanilla essence and beat some more. Add the nutella and the melted 40% chocolate to the mixer and beat some more. Add the wheat flour, salt and baking powder and beat some more.
- Finally the chocolate chips (I put a little more than half and the other part I left to put on top) and mix with a spoon. Place in the fridge for 1 hour. Line a shape with parchment paper. Take a portion of the dough and make a ball and give it a light knead to get a cookie shape and put it in the shape. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 14 minutes. Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
