Nutella cookie

Na batedeira colocar o açúcar e a manteiga e bater até aumentar de volume.
Depois adicionar o ovo e a essência de baunilha e bater mais um pouco.
Adicionar a nutella e o chocolate 40% derretido na batedeira e bater mais um pouco.
Adicione a farinha de trigo, o sal e o fermento em pó e bate mais um pouco.

Place the sugar and butter in the mixer and beat until it thickens.
Then add the egg and vanilla essence and beat some more.
Add the nutella and the melted 40% chocolate to the mixer and beat some more.
Add the wheat flour, salt and baking powder and beat some more.

Por último as gotas de chocolate (coloquei um pouco mais que a metade e outra parte deixei para colocar em cima) e misturar com uma colher.
Leve para geladeira por 1 hora.
Forre uma forma com papel manteiga.
Pegue uma porção da massa e faz uma bolinha e dê uma leve amassada para ficar em formato de cookie e coloque na forma.
Leve em forno pré aquecido em 200°C por 14 minutos. 
Retire do forno e espere esfriar antes de servir.

Finally the chocolate chips (I put a little more than half and the other part I left to put on top) and mix with a spoon.
Place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Line a shape with parchment paper.
Take a portion of the dough and make a ball and give it a light knead to get a cookie shape and put it in the shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 14 minutes.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool before serving.
