- Hibiscus Flowers4 tablespoon
- Water2 cup
- Chopped pineapple1/2 cup
- Orange1/2 unit(s)
- Apple1/2 unit(s)
- Sparkling water2 cup
- Ice and sugar to taste
- Boil the flowers and water in a pan, as soon as it starts to boil, turn it off, cover the pan and let it cool.
- Cut the orange into peeled half moon slices. Peel the pineapple and cut into small cubes. Also cut the apple into cubes and place the three in a jar.
- Fill the pitcher with ice, and transfer the strained tea to the pitcher. Finish with sparkling water.
- Mix lightly, and sweeten (if necessary) to taste in the glass itself.
