- Milk in Po to taste
- In a pan add the corn, sugar, oil and water.
- With medium fire, stir everything until the popcorn starts to pop, when it starts to pop, lower the fire so it doesn't burn.
- When it's ready, just transfer to a desired container and add the powdered milk with the popcorn still hot.
