Wheat flour500 g
Salt10 g
Sugar50 g
Milk powder100 g
Egg2 unit(s)
Enhancer10 g
Organic dry yeast20 g
Margarine without salt50 g
Water to make the point to taste

Mix all the ingredients and add water little by little until the point of kneading.
Knead well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Shape into balls of approximately 40g and let rest for another 30 minutes.
Sprinkle powdered milk on top and bake at 160°C for approximately 15 minutes.
