- Salt10 g
- Sugar50 g
- Milk powder100 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Enhancer10 g
- Organic dry yeast20 g
- Margarine without salt50 g
- Water to make the point to taste
- Mix all the ingredients and add water little by little until the point of kneading.
- Knead well and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Shape into balls of approximately 40g and let rest for another 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle powdered milk on top and bake at 160°C for approximately 15 minutes.
