Fresh Coconut1 unit(s)
Strawberries to taste
Sugar of choice4 tablespoon
Sour cream (optional)4 tablespoon

Remove the flesh from the coconut cut into medium cubes
Place in a blender with 1 liter of hot water and blend for 3 min.
Strain the milk through a thin cloth or voile
Reserve
Wash and cut the strawberries into cubes but leave some in slices
Mix the sugar preferably in the strawberries and reserve in the fridge for 20 min or until you release a lot of broth.
Sterilize a glass together with the lid in boiling water
Add the strawberry syrup to the sterilized container as needed.
Put the cream together in the glass
Finally add the coconut milk to the mixture and close well
shake
Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour
Decorate as you see fit and serve yourself!
