My coconut milk with strawberries

- Strawberries to taste
- Sugar of choice4 tablespoon
- Sour cream (optional)4 tablespoon
- Remove the flesh from the coconut cut into medium cubes
- Place in a blender with 1 liter of hot water and blend for 3 min.
- Strain the milk through a thin cloth or voile
- Reserve
- Wash and cut the strawberries into cubes but leave some in slices
- Mix the sugar preferably in the strawberries and reserve in the fridge for 20 min or until you release a lot of broth.
- Sterilize a glass together with the lid in boiling water
- Add the strawberry syrup to the sterilized container as needed.
- Put the cream together in the glass
- Finally add the coconut milk to the mixture and close well
- shake
- Keep in the fridge for at least 1 hour
- Decorate as you see fit and serve yourself!
