  • phyllo dough300 g
  • Shitake200 g
  • Portobello100 g
  • Mushroom Paris100 g
  • Butter50 g
  • Shoyo4 tablespoon
  • grated ginger10 g
  • Sesame oil to taste
  • Alfalfa sprouts to taste
  1. Overlay 3 layers of puff pastry, brush with melted butter and place in the desired shape to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
  2. In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Add the other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.
  3. Unmold the filo pastry and fill with the mushrooms.
  4. Finish with alfalfa sprouts
