- Shitake200 g
- Portobello100 g
- Mushroom Paris100 g
- Butter50 g
- Shoyo4 tablespoon
- grated ginger10 g
- Sesame oil to taste
- Alfalfa sprouts to taste
- Overlay 3 layers of puff pastry, brush with melted butter and place in the desired shape to bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
- In a frying pan, melt the butter over medium heat and add the sliced mushrooms. Add the other ingredients and cook for 4 minutes.
- Unmold the filo pastry and fill with the mushrooms.
- Finish with alfalfa sprouts
