- Corn hominy500 g
- liquid milk2 l
- Sugar2 cup
- grated coconut50 g
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon stick6 unit(s)
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Soak the corn hominy for 10 minutes
- In a pressure cooker, add the hominy with a little water and put it under pressure for 15 minutes and turn it off.
- After the pressure comes out, uncover and add the sugar, cinnamon, salt, grated coconut and milk and let it cook for another 10 minutes (out of pressure)
- When it gets thick add the condensed milk, stir w turn off you can serve.
