  • Corn for hominy300 g
  • Coconut milk1 l
  • Sour cream1 l
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Milk powder6 tablespoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  • Water1 l
  • Condensed milk1 can(s)
  • Starch and corn2 tablespoon
  • Cow's milk2 cup
  1. In a container that has a lid, place the corn, add water to cover the corn, and take it to the fridge for a day.
  2. The next day, drain the water using a sieve, place the corn in the pressure cooker 3, cover with plenty of water and place on medium heat to cook for 40 minutes.
  3. Turn off the heat, remove all pressure, open the pan and add the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk, cow's milk, powdered milk and sugar and mix.
  4. Bring to the boil again for a few more minutes, always stirring with a wooden spoon so as not to cut the mixture.
  5. Serve hot with ground cinnamon.
