- Corn for hominy300 g
- Coconut milk1 l
- Sour cream1 l
- Sugar2 cup
- Milk powder6 tablespoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste

- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Starch and corn2 tablespoon
- Cow's milk2 cup
- In a container that has a lid, place the corn, add water to cover the corn, and take it to the fridge for a day.
- The next day, drain the water using a sieve, place the corn in the pressure cooker 3, cover with plenty of water and place on medium heat to cook for 40 minutes.
- Turn off the heat, remove all pressure, open the pan and add the cream, condensed milk, coconut milk, cow's milk, powdered milk and sugar and mix.
- Bring to the boil again for a few more minutes, always stirring with a wooden spoon so as not to cut the mixture.
- Serve hot with ground cinnamon.
