  • Oat flakes150 g
  • Organic honey Honey from Gerais3 dessert spoon
  • Flaxseed and chia to taste
  • Fruit of your choice, I used bananas2 unit(s)
  • Granola to taste
  1. Mix the milk, honey, oats, linseed and chia
  2. Bring to a low boil, stirring until thickened.
  3. Pour the porridge into a bowl and let it cool, then add the fruits and granola.
