Em uma panela sobre fogo baixo adicione o óleo e a manteiga e espere dereter;

Quando tudo derreter acrescente o milho e fique misturando até estourar os primeiros caroços;

coloque uma tampa na panela e fique balançando para não queimar os milhos que estão no fundo;

Quando você perceber que está parando de pipocar desligue e fogo;
