- Mortadella150 g
- Onion1/2 g
- Garlic Clove3 unit(s)
- Ketchup1 tablespoon
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour6 tablespoon
- Gem1 unit(s)
- Warm Milk3/4 cup
- Oil and Salt to taste
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Breadcrumbs1/2 cup
- In a pan over medium heat, add the diced onion and crushed garlic to brown. Add the mortadella and fry. Season with salt, ketchup and mustard.
- Put the wheat flour mix a little and add the yolk and mix well. Finally the milk, mix well. Let it cook until it disgraces from the bottom of the pan.
- Let the dough cool. Then make the croquettes and dip them in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs. Put oil in a pan to fry the croquettes until golden.
