1 cup (tea) of sugar

half cup (tea) of butter

3 eggs

1 and a half cup (tea) of wheat flour

1 cup (tea) of milky flour with oatmeal

1 cup (tea) of warm liquid full milk

1 tablespoon of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 pinch of salt

half cup (tea) of chocolate powder

1. Em uma batedeira, bata a manteiga com o açúcar e os ovos até obter um creme fofo. Acrescente a farinha de trigo, a farinha láctea com aveia, o leite, o fermento em pó, o bicarbonato e o sal. Misture bem. Divida a massa em duas partes iguais e, em uma delas, adicione o chocolate em pó. Porcione as duas massas intercaladas em forminhas de papel (nº0). Leve ao forno médio-alto (200°C), preaquecido, por cerca de 20 minutos ou até que, ao espetar um palito na massa, este saia limpo. Retire do forno e sirva.

1. In a mixer, beat the butter with the sugar and the eggs until you get a fluffy cream. Add the wheat flour, milky oat flour, milk, baking powder, bicarbonate and salt. Mix well. Divide the dough into two equal parts and, in one of them, add the chocolate powder. Portion the two interspersed masses into paper cups (nº0). Bake in a preheated medium-high oven (200°C) for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the dough comes out clean. Remove from oven and serve.
