- Wheat flour3 cup
- Room temperature milk1 cup
- Chocolate4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Sodium Bicarbonate1 teaspoon
- Beat the whole eggs and the sugar until doubled in size. Then add the oil and milk, whisking constantly, add the flour little by little. Set aside.
- Gently mix the yeast and bicarbonate (this one just a pinch to make it super fluffy.
- Pour into a greased 30 cm baking dish. Reserve some of the dough (you don't need much). With the rest of the dough, add the chocolate (can be 50% chocolate, it looks delicious) and add it on top of the white dough, you can use a fork to help with the mixing.
- Take it to the oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 40 minutes, let it cool a little and serve it next to a coffee.
