- Wheat flour (sifted)2 cup
- Eggs (separate the yolks)3 unit(s)
- sugar1.1/2 cup
- margarine1/2 tablespoon
- milk1 cup
- Chocolate powder (I used 37% cocoa)4 tablespoon
- Salt0 to taste
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- In the mixer, beat the yolks, margarine and sugar until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Add the milk and beat some more. Add the wheat flour little by little.
- In another bowl, place the egg whites and a pinch of salt. Whisk until they are very firm.
- Pour the beaten egg whites into the dough and mix carefully.
- Then add the yeast
- In a greased shape (the way you prefer), pour half the dough.
- In the other half, pour the chocolate powder and mix well.
- Then put the chocolate dough in the shape along with the other.
- Bake at 180° for 35 to 40 min (depends on the oven!).
