- Recipe
- Corn Flake đœ320 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon
- Oil40 ml
- Fresh grated coconut without sugar đ„„80 g
- Cinnamon1 to taste
- Yeast1 dessert spoon
- Water60 ml
- Egg đ„2 unit(s)
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, except the yeast. Mix with a fork or whisk.
- Add the yeast and incorporate gently.
- Grease two small molds (20cm in diameter with a hole in the middle) with butter and sprinkle with cornflakes. Pour the batter and bake for 20 min. Do the toothpick test, when it comes out clean, it's ready.
- Serve with a nice hot coffee.
