  • Ground beef400 g
  • Tomato sauce1 cup
  • Season1 unit(s)
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Olives2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  1. Put the oil in a pan and heat over high heat. Add the ground meat and sauté until the liquid formed dries up. Add the olives, tomato pulp, seasoning, salt, and mix.
  2. Take it off the fire let it cool
  3. Cut the pastry dough and roll it out until it is thin.
  4. Put the ground beef sauce and fold the dough
  5. Close the edges with a fork and place to fry.
  6. Remove excess oil on paper towels and serve.
