- Chopped seedless tomato to taste
- Chopped fresh basil leaves to taste
- Shredded Mozzarella Cheese to taste
- Homemade tomato sauce to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- Mix the chopped tomato with the basil, a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt. Reserve.
- Cover the pizza dough with a thin layer of sauce, add grated cheese on top.
- Add the seasoned tomato and bake in a preheated oven at 220ÂșC for about 12 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Decorate with fresh basil leaves and serve immediately.
