  • Milk1 cup
  • Butter1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Organic Yeast10 g
  • Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Salt2 dessert spoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Sausages halved15 unit(s)
  1. In a small saucepan, heat the water, milk and butter until the ingredients are lukewarm. Reserve. In a large bowl, whisk together 1 ½ cups of flour, yeast, sugar and salt. Add the milk mixture, beat with a wooden spoon and add the egg. Gradually add the remaining flour, incorporating ½ cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Now, knead with your hands for about eight minutes, until you feel the dough smooth and elastic. Divide the dough into 30 equal pieces, roll them out and roll each one in a sausage half. Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 20 to 25 minutes. Bake in oven at 200ºC for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden. Serve hot and leave ketchup and mustard available.
