  • Warm water500 ml
  • Oil100 ml
  • Eggs2 to taste
  • Sugar4 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Fresh Organic Yeast80 g
  • Ground beef1 kg
  • Sesame100 g
  1. Season the ground beef and set aside. In the blender, beat all the ingredients, eggs, oil, salt, sugar, warm water and the yeast, pour into a basin and gradually add the flour until it reaches the point. Once the dough is set, let it rest for about 45 minutes. In the meantime, take the seasoned ground beef you reserved and make balls of 30 grams each. As soon as the dough rises, weigh 40 g balls. Open with a rolling pin and place the ground beef balls and close the dough at the bottom, thus making the shape of the hamburger.
