  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese0.5 cup
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Milk0.5 cup
  • Shredded Chicken to taste
  • cherry tomato to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, parmesan cheese, milk, egg and finally the yeast.
  2. Mix until it forms a consistent dough.
  3. Separate a portion equivalent to a tablespoon and shape into discs
  4. Grease a pan with olive oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven, add the shredded chicken, cherry tomatoes and oregano.
  6. Put it in the oven again for 10 min at 180°C
