- Ground beef500 g

- Green Smell to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oil1 tablespoon
- In the blender, add the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil (1 cup) and yeast. Hit it well.
- Place in a bowl and add the flour little by little. The dough should release from your hands. Knead well and let it rest for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
- For the stuffing, mix the finely chopped onion, tomato, parsley, ground beef and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and with a glass, cut circles.
- Put the stuffing and close.
- Brush with an egg yolk mixed with 1 coffee spoon of ready coffee.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden!
