  • warm milk2 cup
  • Sugar1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 dessert spoon
  • Oil1 cup
  • Dry yeast for bread10 g
  • Wheat flour1 kg
  • Ground beef500 g
  • Onion2 unit(s)
  • Ripe tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Green Smell to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  1. In the blender, add the eggs, milk, sugar, salt, oil (1 cup) and yeast. Hit it well.
  2. Place in a bowl and add the flour little by little. The dough should release from your hands. Knead well and let it rest for about 1 hour, until it doubles in volume.
  3. For the stuffing, mix the finely chopped onion, tomato, parsley, ground beef and 1 tablespoon of oil. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and with a glass, cut circles.
  5. Put the stuffing and close.
  6. Brush with an egg yolk mixed with 1 coffee spoon of ready coffee.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200° until golden!
