Em uma panela coloque o óleo, a cebola e o alho.
Deixe dourar e coloque a carne moída, sal, o tomate e o molho de tomate, até ficar totalmente cozida.Coloque os ovos, o óleo, o leite, a farinha de trigo e o sal no liquidificador.
Bata por uns 5 minutos, acrescente o fermento e bata uns 07 segundos, se precisar bata apenas com uma colher.Em uma forma untada, coloque a metade da massa, a carne moída e o requeijão.
Complete com a outra metade da massa e coloque em um forno preaquecido a 180ºC, por mais ou menos 50 minutos.
