  • Sugar250 g
  • Butter3 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  • Salt ammonia1 tablespoon
  • Warm whole milk240 ml
  • White wheat flour1 kg
  • Whole egg and cinnamon (for brushing)1 unit(s)
  1. Beat the eggs with the sugar and butter. Reserve.
  2. Dissolve the yeast in half of the warm milk. Add to the previous mixture and mix well.
  3. Dissolve the ammonia in the rest of the warm milk. Add to the previous mixture and mix well.
  4. Add the flour and knead with your hands until the point of rolling (when the dough does not stick to the hands and allows it to be molded easily).
  5. Roll the donuts into the desired shape. Brush with beaten egg and cinnamon and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes or until cooked through.
