Em uma bacia misture os ovos com o açúcar, em seguida acrescente a manteiga, leite condensado e a água morna, misture bem.

In a bowl mix the eggs with the sugar, then add the butter, condensed milk and warm water, mix well.

Depois acrescente o fermento biológico e por último o trigo até dar o ponto, mexe bem a massa por 10 minutos, deixe dobrar de volume.

Then add the biological yeast and finally the wheat until it reaches the point, stir the dough well for 10 minutes, let it double in volume.

Depois modele do seu gosto, deixe crescer novamente, passe gema de ovo misturado com leite. 

Then model to your liking, let it rise again, pass egg yolk mixed with milk.

Coloque para assar em forno pré aquecido 210° por 30min.

Place in a preheated oven at 210° for 30 minutes.
