  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Milk100 ml
  • Oil2 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Sugar1 teaspoon
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  1. In a bowl mix all the ingredients, being the yeast last.
  2. Grease the glass microwave plate with margarine. Spread the dough well.
  3. Microwave for 4 minutes.
  4. Remove from the microwave, cover with tomato sauce (homemade or ready), put slices of mozzarella, thinly sliced pepperoni sausage, hard-boiled eggs and oregano to taste.
  5. Microwave for another 3 minutes.
