- Flocão1 cup
- Water3/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- Mozzarella cheese to taste
- - Add the water to the flocao, stir and let it rest for 10 minutes ⏰ - Grease a microwave-safe container with butter. - Put part of the hydrated flocao, the cheese and the rest of the flocão. - Take it to the microwave for 3 minutes, with a plate on top (need to muffle). - Unmold and that's it! Just prepare a coffee to be perfect 🤩
