Corn Flake

Hidrate o flocão com a água, acrescente o sal e deixe descansar por 10 minutos.


Hydrate the flakes with water, add the salt and let it rest for 10 minutes.


Unte um recipiente pequeno com manteiga ( recipiente que possa ir ao micro-ondas ). 

Grease a small container with butter (microwave-safe container).

Assim que passar os 10 minutos, adicione metade do flocão hidratado no recipiente.


Once the 10 minutes have passed, add half of the hydrated floc to the container.


Acrescente o requeijão e cubra com o restante do flocão.


Add the curd and cover with the rest of the flakes.


Leve ao micro-ondas por 2 minutos e desenforme. Prontinho! 

Microwave for 2 minutes and unmold. Ready!
