Egg1 unit(s)
Sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
Softened Butter1 tablespoon
Natural yogurt or coconut milk3 tablespoon
Grated dry coconut4 tablespoon
Flour (wheat, oat or coconut or Amaranth flakes)2 tablespoon
Baking powder1 coffee spoon

Beat well with a fork; the egg, the sugar, the yogurt/milk. Until it's creamy.
Add the dry coconut, flour and yeast. Mix well.
Place in a large cup/ramekin, microwave for 1 minute at a time until firm.
Optional syrup: 2 tablespoons of powdered milk + 3 tablespoons of coconut milk. Mix well and pour over the cupcake.
