- Corn tortillas (taco)10 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Garlic1 unit(s)
- paprika to taste
- Chopped chili pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
- Pepper sauce1 teaspoon
- Olive oil to taste
- Chopped Lettuce to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1.Season the chicken fillets with lemon, garlic, paprika, salt, pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, place in the fridge and marinate for about 1 hour.
- 2. After this time, brown the chicken in a frying pan with a drizzle of olive oil.
- 3. With the golden fillets on both sides, turn off the heat, place them on a board and cut them into small strips.
- 4. Return the strips to the pan and add the hot sauce, chili pepper and parsley, mix and set aside.
- 5. Heat the tortillas quickly in the oven, as per the package instructions.
- 6. To assemble the tacos, place a layer of the chicken stuffing followed by lettuce leaves, chopped tomato and your taste.
