- Start by separating all the ingredients.
- Place a large skillet to heat.
- With a very hot skillet, spread the tapioca dough, wait 2 minutes.
- Start by stuffing the tapioca with the chickpea sauce, then add the grated egg, bolognese, tomato and olives, sprinkle with oregano, close and serve.
