- Chopped mango400 g
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Organic Chia Seed1 tablespoon
- Vanilla Extract1 teaspoon
- Diced raw yam500 g
- Coconut milk200 ml
- Blend all ingredients in a blender and place in a jar with a lid.
- Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
- Then, remove the ice cream from the freezer and scrape the contents with a spoon until it becomes creamier. Repeat this process every 30 minutes for two hours to prevent ice crystals from forming.
- Let it freeze again and remove the pot from the freezer ten minutes before serving.
