- Grated raw cassava1 kg
- Sugar2 cup
- Grated Coconut100 g
- Grated cured cheese2 cup
- Sour cream400 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Butter4 tablespoon
- Milk400 ml
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Note: I used a very full deep dish to measure the cassava, sugar and the deep dish cheese. In a very large bowl, place the grated cassava, sugar, cheese, grated coconut, cream and mix well.
- In the blender: beat the eggs, milk and butter well. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Finally, add the yeast and mix.
- Grease the mold with butter and pour the dough. Makes 2 medium rectangular shapes.
- After roasting. Sprinkle condensed milk and grated coconut on top (optional). It looks wonderful!
- Tip: Cassava can be grated and frozen. More practical! You can grate and leave in the freezer for up to 6 months.
