  • Grated raw cassava1 kg
  • Sugar2 cup
  • Grated Coconut100 g
  • Grated cured cheese2 cup
  • Sour cream400 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Butter4 tablespoon
  • Milk400 ml
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  1. Note: I used a very full deep dish to measure the cassava, sugar and the deep dish cheese. In a very large bowl, place the grated cassava, sugar, cheese, grated coconut, cream and mix well.
  2. In the blender: beat the eggs, milk and butter well. Pour this mixture into the bowl with the other ingredients and mix well. Finally, add the yeast and mix.
  3. Grease the mold with butter and pour the dough. Makes 2 medium rectangular shapes.
  4. After roasting. Sprinkle condensed milk and grated coconut on top (optional). It looks wonderful!
  5. Tip: Cassava can be grated and frozen. More practical! You can grate and leave in the freezer for up to 6 months.
