  • Wheat flour1 cup
  • Salt and pepper to taste1 to taste
  • Breadcrumbs for breading2 teaspoon
  • Oil for frying1 unit(s)
  1. In a bowl, mix the cassava, parsley, 2 eggs, wheat flour, salt and pepper. Roll out the dough in circles, fill and close the dough in the shape of drumsticks. Pass the remaining beaten egg in the breadcrumbs, take it to the freezer for 1 hour and fry in a hot eye (duration time 3 hours counting on 1 hour that they were in the freezer)
