- In a skillet (no need to be non-stick) heat the tortilla over low heat until it starts to get a little golden.
- Then place the cheese cut evenly into 4 slices on one side of the tortilla. Sprinkle a little pepper mayonnaise on top, this enhances the flavor of the cheese and gives it that spicy look, but beware of overdoing it.
- Place the olive cut in equal parts and the pickle in the same part of the tortilla and after that close it.
- Turn the tortilla, alternating between sides, so it can melt the cheese. Be careful not to burn the outside, it affects the taste.
- After the cheese has melted, cut the tortilla in half, being careful not to knead anything inside and it's ready 😁 Note: If you want to activate more ingredients such as tomatoes, red onions or the like, it is very good, but be careful with exaggeration. The more ingredients you put in the less you can taste each one.
