  • Natural yogurt170 g
  • Salt to taste
  • Grated Parmesan Cheese50 g
  • Oat flour200 g
  • Chemical Yeast1 dessert spoon
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  1. In a blender place all the ingredients except the yeast. If you prefer, you can mix the flour in a bowl.
  2. Then add the yeast and mix with a wooden spoon.
  3. Pour the dough into a 12x20 silicone mold or a greased and floured aluminum mold. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden.
  5. Remove from the oven and if it is in a silicone form, then unmold it so it doesn't get wet. If it's aluminum, let it cool to unmold.
  6. For best results use measuring cup: 250ml - measuring spoons YIELD: a small loaf of bread STORAGE: up to 4 days out of the fridge FREEZE GIVE: 20 days
