- Wheat flour2 cup
- Margarine with salt1 cup
- grated cheese100 g
- Guava150 g
- Gem for brushing1 tablespoon
- Mash the wheat flour, margarine and grated cheese until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
- Take small amounts of the dough and open it in the palm of your hand.
- Place a small piece of guava paste in the middle of the dough, then close forming rolls or balls.
- Brush the yolk over the lolitas.
- Bake at 180° in a thin roast and leave for 20 minutes or until golden.
