  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Wheat flour2 cup
  • Margarine with salt1 cup
  • grated cheese100 g
  • Guava150 g
  • Gem for brushing1 tablespoon
  1. Mash the wheat flour, margarine and grated cheese until you get a smooth dough that doesn't stick to your hands.
  2. Take small amounts of the dough and open it in the palm of your hand.
  3. Place a small piece of guava paste in the middle of the dough, then close forming rolls or balls.
  4. Brush the yolk over the lolitas.
  5. Bake at 180° in a thin roast and leave for 20 minutes or until golden.
