- Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 180°
- Fill your pastry dough to taste, suggestions: Meat with cheese, chicken with cream cheese or catupiry, bacon, and you can also make sweets.
- Slightly moisten the edge of your dough and close the pastel with the help of a fork.
- Brush oil or olive oil on both sides of the dough.
- Put it in the Air fryer, 180° temperature and 10 minutes on one side, 10 minutes on the other, it will depend on each Air fryer, look and it's ready!
