- Italian Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Oregano to taste
- Place the tapioca in a non-stick frying pan and hit it well with a spoon or spatula.
- Wait to cook and turn aside
- Put olive oil to taste and leave it on low heat.
- With a grater make thin slices of zucchini
- Place the zucchini slices on the tapioca
- Season with olive oil, salt and oregano to taste.
- Wait a few seconds until the zucchinis soften a little.
