Light, Fluffy and Fresh Cake

Primeiro prepare a calda de morangos levando os morangos picados, 1 xícara e meia de água e meia xícara de açúcar em uma panela. Deixe cozinhando em fogo baixo até os morangos desmancharem e o caldo engrossar. 

First prepare the strawberry syrup by taking the chopped strawberries, 1 and a half cup of water and half a cup of sugar in a pan. Let it cook over low heat until the strawberries break down and the broth thickens.

Prepare o bolo, adicionando em uma tigela grande 3 ovos, 2 colheres de margarina e 1 xícara de açúcar.  Bata com a batedeira ou fouet.

Prepare the cake by adding 3 eggs, 2 tablespoons of margarine and 1 cup of sugar to a large bowl. Beat with the mixer or fouet.

Adicione o iogurte natural e a farinha de trigo peneirada. Peneirar a farinha deixa o bolo mais leve!

Add natural yogurt and sifted wheat flour. Sifting the flour makes the cake lighter!

Adicione as raspas de limão e o fermento. Apenas misture bem, não precisa bater.

Add the lemon zest and yeast. Just mix well, no need to beat.

Despeje a massa em uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve para assar por cerca de 35 a 40 minutos.

Pour the dough into a greased and floured mold and bake for about 35 to 40 minutes.

Desenforme o bolo morno, faça furinhos com um garfo e despeje a calda de morangos.

Develop the warm cake, make holes with a fork and pour the strawberry syrup.

O bolo fica muito leve, macio,  com sabor suave e  um frescor delicioso. Perfeito para os dias quentes!
