- lentil400 g
- parsley and chives1 cup
- minced garlic1 tablespoon
- grated onion to taste
- sea salt1 coffee spoon
- black pepper to taste
- olive oil for sautéing onions and garlic2 tablespoon
- olive oil1/3 cup
- oat flour1 cup
- Soak the pea in a container with 1 l of water and 1 (tsp) of apple cider vinegar for 12 hours.
- Change the water at least 2 times.
- At the end, drain the water, wash well and steam the lentils.
- Leave it al dente.
- In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
- Add the lentils, parsley and chives and sauté.
- Adjust salt and pepper.
- Let cool and run through the multiprocessor.
- Leave the lentil with pieces.
- Pour into a bowl, place the other ingredients and mix with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
- Divide into 8 equal parts.
- With the help of a rim, model in the shape of a hamburger.
- On the parchment paper, place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
- You can prepare in the oven, skillet or air fryer leaving 15 minutes on each side.
- Put a drizzle of oil to brown.
