  • lentil400 g
  • parsley and chives1 cup
  • minced garlic1 tablespoon
  • grated onion to taste
  • sea salt1 coffee spoon
  • black pepper to taste
  • olive oil for sautéing onions and garlic2 tablespoon
  • olive oil1/3 cup
  • oat flour1 cup
  1. Soak the pea in a container with 1 l of water and 1 (tsp) of apple cider vinegar for 12 hours.
  2. Change the water at least 2 times.
  3. At the end, drain the water, wash well and steam the lentils.
  4. Leave it al dente.
  5. In a pan, sauté the onion and garlic in oil.
  6. Add the lentils, parsley and chives and sauté.
  7. Adjust salt and pepper.
  8. Let cool and run through the multiprocessor.
  9. Leave the lentil with pieces.
  10. Pour into a bowl, place the other ingredients and mix with your hands until it becomes a homogeneous mass.
  11. Divide into 8 equal parts.
  12. With the help of a rim, model in the shape of a hamburger.
  13. On the parchment paper, place in the freezer for at least 1 hour.
  14. You can prepare in the oven, skillet or air fryer leaving 15 minutes on each side.
  15. Put a drizzle of oil to brown.
