Coloque o açúcar em uma panela de fundo largo e com fogo baixo.
Comece a mexer só depois que o açúcar começar a derreter, mexa até dissolver todos os torrões de açúcar e formar um caramelo. Em seguida despeje o liquido na forminha de pudim, e forre o fundo e as laterais com a calda.

Syrup

dissolva a gelatina em pó em 1/2 xícara (chá) de leite. No liquidificador coloque o bendito condensado, o creme de leite e a gelatina dissolvida no leite e bata bem até formar uma mistura homogênea. Em seguida despeje o liquido na forminha de pudim reservada e leve a geladeira. Deixe na geladeira de um dia para outro. Depois é só desenformar e saborear.


Pudding
