- Syrup Place the sugar in a wide-bottomed pan over low heat. Start stirring only after the sugar starts to melt, stir until all the sugar lumps are dissolved and a caramel forms. Then pour the liquid into the pudding mold, and line the bottom and sides with the syrup.
- Pudding dissolve the gelatin powder in 1/2 cup (tea) of milk. In the blender place the blessed condensed, the cream of milk and the gelatin dissolved in the milk and beat well until you form a homogeneous mixture. Then pour the liquid into the reserved pudding mold and put it in the fridge. Leave in the fridge overnight. Then just unmold and taste.
